Getting to Europa-Park

By car: Take the A5 motorway to exit 57b Rust – the 19.4 km take about 24 minutes. Europa-Park’s visitor car park costs €10 per day (as of 2026); you can also buy the parking ticket online in advance.

By train: The regional train towards Offenburg (currently RB26) takes just 12 minutes from Köndringen to Ringsheim/Europa-Park without changing; from there a regular bus takes you to the park’s main entrance. Köndringen station is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Why stay in Köndringen instead of in Rust?

  • Peace and quiet: After a long day at the park, relax on the covered loggia or in the garden with barbecue – with views from the Black Forest to the Kaiserstuhl.
  • Room for the whole family: 70 m² with two bedrooms (a double bed and two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi.
  • Ready for children: a cot, toys and board games are provided.
  • More than a park day: Freiburg (20 min), the Kaiserstuhl (15 min) and the Black Forest lie in the other direction – ideal for the days between park visits.

Tips for your day at Europa-Park

  • Buy admission and parking tickets online in advance – it saves queuing at the ticket office.
  • Set off early: if you are there when the park opens, waiting times are usually shorter in the morning.
  • Staying several days? The Rulantica water world, which also belongs to Europa-Park, is well worth a visit.
  • Opening hours and season dates change – see europapark.de for current information.
