2. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies or third-party analytics or tracking services (such as Google Analytics) and does not embed any third-party content. Fonts, images and scripts are delivered exclusively from our own server.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. In order to deliver the pages to your browser, the server must briefly process your IP address for technical reasons.

When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information in so-called server log files: the page requested, date and time, the amount of data transferred, the previously visited page (referrer), and your browser type and operating system. Your IP address is only stored in shortened form – the last two parts are removed (11.22.33.44 becomes 11.22.0.0). This means the data cannot be attributed to you personally, and it is not combined with any other data sources. The log files are deleted automatically after 90 days.

We use this anonymised data solely to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website and to compile general statistics (e.g. number of visits, approximate countries of origin). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in a functioning, secure website that meets our guests' needs.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The enquiry form on this website does not send any data to our server; it simply opens your own e-mail program with a pre-filled message.

5. External links

We link to Airbnb, Booking.com and OpenStreetMap. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click on such a link; the provider's privacy policy then applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
